Re Alf Bridle....From the Perth Branch website.
Perth Branch sincerely respects the wishes of Alf's Family to hold a private service to commemorate his life and passing.
Perth Branch Executive Committee however feels that Ulysses Club members statewide need to be able to attend a service of commemoration.
Branch President John Gliddon, in discussion with other (executive) members proposes that a memorial service be held on Sunday 12th February, at a location to be finalised very soon.
John will be notifying Branch Presidents around the state so that they may notify their members.
Alf Bridle made a huge contribution to Ulysses in WA and will always be respected and remembered for this.
A programme for this event is currently being organised by members of the Perth Branch committee.
Please keep an eye on this topic for further information.
